The Four
How an order moves from a drop window to your door.
Every capsule is printed on demand after the drop window closes. Production begins on the same business day the window closes — not on the day each individual order was placed — so every member of the wave runs as one batch.
Standard production is 5–7 business days from drop close. A piece is not dispatched until it has cleared press-side quality checks; we do not hand a half-cured print to a carrier to chase a dispatch estimate.
